At Varapuzha E Market, we are committed to bringing the freshest catch from the backwaters and the crispest vegetables from the farm straight to your kitchen. Because we deal in perishables, our delivery process is designed for speed and safety.

1. Delivery Areas & Timing

We currently serve all over Ernakulam.

  • Same-Day Delivery: Orders placed before 7:00 PM will be delivered the same day.

  • Next-Day Delivery: Orders placed after 7:00 PM will be scheduled for the following morning to ensure produce freshness.

  • Delivery Slots: We deliver between 7:00 AM and 1:00 PM to ensure your fish and veggies arrive in time for lunch preparations.

2. Shipping Charges

  • Orders above ₹300: Free Delivery.

  • Orders below ₹300: A flat delivery fee of ₹30 applies.

  • Note: Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your location distance from our hub.

3. Freshness & Packaging

To maintain the cold chain and quality:

  • Fish: Cleaned, processed, and packed in food-grade, temperature-controlled insulated bags with ice gel packs if necessary.

  • Vegetables: Sorted for quality and packed in breathable, eco-friendly packaging to prevent wilting.

4. Delivery Protocol

  • Doorstep Delivery: Our riders will deliver to your doorstep. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order, as perishables cannot be left outside for long durations.

  • Contactless Delivery: Available upon request. Please specify in the "Order Notes" during checkout.

5. Cancellations & Re-scheduling

  • Cancellations: Can only be made within 20 minutes of placing the order. Once the fish is cut or the order is dispatched, we cannot accept cancellations.

  • Missed Deliveries: If you are not home, our rider will attempt to call you. If the delivery fails due to unavailability, a re-delivery fee may apply, or the order may be cancelled without a refund due to the perishable nature of the goods.

6. Inspection & Quality Guarantee

We encourage you to check the freshness of the products at the time of delivery.

  • If you find any quality issues, please report them to the delivery partner immediately or contact our support at 9847777011 within 2 hours of receipt with a photo of the product.
